The New Hampshire Credit Union League’s 9th annual Richard D. Mahoney Credit Union Charity Golf Tournament held on June 18, 2009, at Candia Woods Golf Links, raised $57,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of New Hampshire. Thirteen years of dedicated philanthropic fundraising by NHCUL’s 26 credit unions“ brings the total raised for Make-A-Wish to $1,190,387. Read More
More Than 9,000 Students Benefit From CU4 Reality Financial Literacy Program
The CU 4 Reality Education Program, sponsored by local credit unions, has given students at middle schools in the United States and US Armed Forces installations in Germany a chance to learn about managing finances and how to calculate earnings and expenses. CU 4 Reality is a program cooperatively developed across a number of credit unions and is now in its fourth year. The partnership between the CU 4 Reality program and credit unions has benefittted approximately 9,000 students worldwide. Read More
