NH Credit Unions Joins Nationwide Invest in America Partnership with GM and Chrysler
The New Hampshire Credit Union League will be participating in the Invest in America credit union loan partnership with General Motors and Chrysler corporations. Bill increases NCUA Coverage to $250,000
Deposits in the federally insured credit unions will now be covered up to $250,000 following the passage of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 by the House of Representatives today. The National Credit Union Administration oversees the NCUA federal insurance fund that provides consumers with exactly the same deposit insurance coverage that banks get from FDIC. Read More
NH Credit Union League Hosts Make-A-Wish Night at NH Fisher Cats Game
The New Hampshire Credit Union League (NHCUL) hosted the inaugural New Hampshire Credit Union/Make-A-Wish Night at the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Double-A affiliate/NY Giants) vs. Connecticut Defenders (Double-A affiliate/NY Yankees) baseball game on Saturday, August 2, 2008.
